The short answers
Is my pool data private?
Yes. Everything lives on your device unless you create an optional account for backup. No ads, no tracking, no analytics profiles. AI requests send only the content needed to answer them, and it is not stored. Details in the privacy policy.
Do I need an account?
No. The app is fully functional without one. An optional free account (email, or Sign in with Apple) backs up your pools and syncs them across devices.
Which test kits work with it?
Any of them. Enter readings from drop kits or strips by hand, photograph a dipped strip, or photograph the printed results sheet from a pool-store water test.
How do I cancel the subscription?
In your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then PoolHelp AI. Cancelling stops future charges and nothing about your pool data changes.
Is the dosing advice safe to follow?
PoolHelp encodes widely used, established pool-care practice, and every dose is shown with what it will do before you add anything. It is a tool, not a professional service: confirm readings with a physical kit and follow the directions on your chemical products. Read the safety notes.
